We understand that riding an e-bike can feel intimidating, even for those with prior cycling experience. At EZ Electric Bike Rentals, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our team ensures that every rider is matched with an e-bike perfectly suited to their height, weight, and skill level. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or brand-new to e-bikes, we’ll provide personalized instruction to build your confidence and teach you everything you need to know. Once you’ve completed your lesson and demonstrated your ability to operate the e-bike, you’ll be ready to embark on your rental or tour with ease and peace of mind.

Start your booking online. We offer several options for guided tour rides. Book online to reserve your spot on your desired tour. We have limited availability so we strongly suggest booking in advance. Once booked, you'll receive an email confirmation.

Within that confirmation email, you will find a link to complete our Renter Waiver & Liability Form, which must be completed prior to your arrival. Our guide will meet you at the meeting point designated within your booking confirmation email.

Before your tour begins, we will show you how to operate the vehicle. Safety is our number one priority so we want to ensure that you can ride safely. If you want to practice, we'll send you around the block to get comfortable on the bike.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. To accommodate riders of all shapes and sizes, we offer a variety of e-bike models tailored to different heights and weights, ensuring the perfect fit for every individual. If you don’t have your own helmet, we provide all the necessary safety gear to keep you protected throughout your ride. Additionally, for group tours, we assign 1-3 skilled guides based on the group size to ensure everyone’s safety. This means you’ll have a guide leading at the front, one ensuring safe riding within the group, and another managing traffic to keep the journey seamless and secure.

All rentals and tour rides include your e-bike of choice. We have also equipped many of our vehicles with state-of-the-art foam seats to keep you comfortable. We have bikes to fit any rider's needs.

Our number one goal is safety for all riders. We recommend all riders wear a helmet. All rentals and tour rides include the use of a helmet. You may also bring your own!

Tour guide icon

All guided rides include anywhere from 1 to 3 tour guides. This is based on the number of riders within the group. Our tour guides know all of the best places in Columbus to visit so feel free to ask them questions!
